Please note we thoroughly check all items to ensure they are in perfect condition before sending and each item is packaged to avoid damage in transit.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
We check all items before sending however if something is found to be damaged or faulty on delivery, please complete the returns authorisation form included in your order box within 2 days of receiving your goods and send the form back to us for return approval. You can return the authorisation form to info@bsghq.com.au.
Our customer service team will assess the product/reasons and advise if the exchange or refund option is available. Please DO NOT return goods without return approval from our team.
Once approved, the item needs to be returned as it was received: unopened, unused and with labels intact.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you receive a faulty item please contact us within 2 days of the date of delivery via email at info@bsghq.com.au or call us on 1300 241 258.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Complete the returns authorisation form included in your order box within 2 days of receiving your goods and send the form to us for approval of the return.
Items being sent back must be in original condition, must not have been opened, altered or damaged and all tags must remain in place.
When returning goods please include;
a) your name and order number on the outside of the parcel
b) the item/s you are returning
c) All items must be sent back to us via a courier with a tracking number

When we have received your item we will process the refund or exchange and you will be notified via email.
