How much does delivery cost?

Free standard delivery on all Australian orders over $199 (except NT)
$16.95 standard delivery for all other Australian orders
$25 express delivery for Australian orders*
$50 for International orders*

*Please note weight restrictions may apply to express delivery option and international orders.  If weight restrictions apply to your order, we will contact you to discuss available options or additional charges.

**Unfortunately due to the tariffs we are currently unable to ship orders to the USA. All orders placed from the USA will automatically be refunded until further notice.

How do you deliver?

Orders are dispatched with Australia Post, Toll Priority or Fastway.  Orders are assessed due to weight, size and location and the appropriate freight company is used for delivery of the order.  We aim to keep delivery costs low and provide the quickest delivery option for each order.

Store Pickup

Free Click and Collect is available from Beauty Supply Group Maroochydore site  - we will call you when the order is available usually within 24 hours (subject to product availability).

Beauty Supply Group is located at 60 Aerodrome Rd Maroochydore QLD 4558.

Opening hours are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday and Sat 9am-12noon.

Does Beauty Supply Group deliver worldwide?

Yes, we will ship all over the world. International delivery is currently a flat rate of $50.* Orders may require an additional shipping fee due to weight. We will quote you on shipping after processing your order if the order is above standard shipping.

*Please note, individual countries may incur an importation tax which is calculated when your parcel arrives in the country of delivery. These fees are out of our control and are additional to the original freight charge. The consumer is liable for any additional import charges.

When will my order be sent?

We endeavour to get all orders dispatched as quickly as possible. In the case of out of stock items you will be notified if the order despatch will be held up.  If we believe the out of stock item will be arriving in our warehouse in the next 24-48 hrs we may hold the order and despatch as soon as the product is available.  If an out of stock item is going to be delayed we will notify you with options of an alternative product or refund or simply waiting for the product to arrive in our warehouse.

When will my order arrive?

All orders should arrive between 1-5 business day from leaving us depending on your location. Please note orders which are large in size may take longer for delivery due to being shipped by road freight.  This is out of our control and delivery time lies with the freight company.  We do ship with the company that we believe offers the most efficient delivery option.  International delivery times will vary.

What if my goods are damaged or faulty?

We thoroughly check all items before sending however if something is found to be damaged or faulty on delivery, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your goods and we can exchange the faulty item for you where possible. The item needs to be returned as it was received: unused and with labels intact.  Please DO NOT return items without return approval from our team.
